Here you will learn the secrets of how to have healthy glowing skin.

Your Skin Princess is designed to share knowledge on important topics like:

Having glowing skin might seem like an impossible goal.  My desire is that as you read through these tips, you will be able to achieve your healthy skin goal. 

Some people are born with gorgeous skin, while others (like me) have to work harder to achieve that healthy look.  There are times when our skin refuses to cooperate.  It doesn’t matter what your age or gender is, your skin can be negatively impacted by stress, hormonal changes, and lifestyle choices. These choices should include eating a healthy diet, cleansing your skin, getting at least seven hours of sleep and regular exercise.

Wouldn’t you love to be stopped by a total stranger who wants to compliment you on your lit-from-within complexion?  Wouldn’t it be fun to have people turn their heads to notice your healthy glowing skin?  What if someone asked, “Have you lost weight?” - (after you have tried one or more of these tips, of course).

According to Paula Bourelly, MD, a Georgetown University dermatology professor, “Not all skin is created equally,”

Gorgeous skin is not just about great genes. You need to begin practicing good skin care each day.  Here, you will find out which cleanser is designed to remove the dirt and impurities for your type of skin, whether your skin is dry, oily, or a combination of both. 

Tip # 1 - For glowing skin, you should cleanse it twice a day (when you hop out of bed in the a.m. and before going to bed in the p.m.)
